1. Acceptance

By using C2 Bot ("the Bot") in any Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.

2. Description

C2 Bot provides Discord server management features including but not limited to: Roblox account verification, moderation tools, ticket systems, ban appeals, invite tracking, and user journals.

3. User Conduct

By using the Bot you agree not to:

Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate any Bot feature
Provide false information during verification or appeal processes
Use the Bot to harass, harm, or target other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or Bot systems
Use the Bot for any illegal purpose

4. Data Collection

The Bot collects and stores the following data to provide its services:

Discord user IDs and usernames
Roblox usernames and user IDs (for verified users)
Server (guild) IDs
Moderation logs, ticket transcripts, ban appeals, and journal entries
Invite tracking data

This data is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting the server administrator or the Bot owner. Requests will be handled within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Ban Appeals

Submitting a ban appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. All appeal decisions are at the sole discretion of server staff. Abuse of the appeal system may result in permanent denial of future appeals.

7. Journals

Journal entries are subject to staff review and approval before being published. Staff reserve the right to deny or remove any content that violates server rules or these terms.

8. Termination

The Bot owner and server administrators reserve the right to restrict or remove access to Bot features at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Disclaimer

C2 Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties. The Bot owner is not liable for any damages, data loss, or issues arising from the use of the Bot.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
